Visit to Arboretum Trsteno - meditation among the two 500 year old, gigantic Asiatic plane trees. Modern brunch - Croatian interpretation of sashimi. Walk in renaissance park dating to the 15th century (rich and ancient collection of cultivated and exotic tree species and various plants). Afternoon lessons in Croatian cocktail making on the beach. Dinner in Dubrovnik with wine tasting in Talir (special selection of Croatian cheeses, olive oils and Prosciuto), lessons in dipping - jazzy night. DAY 2 Breakfast. Visit to Elafiti Islands (motor boat or sailing boat). Scuba diving, nautical lessons, fishing, cooking on the boat with a famous chef. Visits to monasteries and churches, trekking among olive and fig trees, vineyards and citrus groves, collecting natural herbs. Dinner in restaurant Galija in Cavtat - local specialties. Return to hotel in Dubrovnik. DAY 3 Breakfast in Dubrovnik. Trip to Peljesac, famous winemaking region. Stop in medieval town of Ston (famous for salt and oysters) - lesson in oyster picking. Lunch in restaurant Kapetanova kuca. Afternoon visit to wineries: Korta Katarina and Tolj (Milicic and Milos optional). Transfer to Korcula and dinner in the old city walls. Night in Korcula. DAY 4 Breakfast. Visit to the local market and house of Marco Polo. Lunch in the agro tourism, with lessons about Peka. Walk in the beautiful countryside. Visit to the famous winemakers (Toreta, Krajancic) - wine tasting and visit to the vineyards. Cooking lessons. DAY 5 Breakfast on the terrace. Most important Dalamtian culinary heritage: misanca - healthiest yummiest cheapest Mediterranean cuisine. What is misanca, how, when and where to collect it, how to use in traditional home cooking, how to use it in modern cuisine. Guided lessons by famous Dalmatian chefs and lunch. Afternoon relaxing. Plus: wild orange from Korcula, best variety for deserts. Dinner with presentation: how is Dalmatian Prosek similar to sherry and porto. DAY 6 Breakfast. Sailing to Mljet, the Odyssey's Island - 'this is where the grace of nature has created everything better than human know-how'. Possibility of renting a bike, kayaking in the famous national park lakes, visiting the island of St.Mary, old monastery. Night return to Dubrovnik. DAY 7 Morning jeep safari in Konavle - an exciting off-road drive through the swampy valley of the river. Possibility of horse back riding. Konavle is Croatia's southernmost region, shaped by the hills, the steep cliffs, coves and capes. The hilly areas of Konavle are covered in vineyards and olive groves. The small villages maintain the old customs and traditions. Cavtat sightseeing. Visit to the house of Vlaho Bukovac, a famous artist, his collection of paintings and artwork. Lunch in restaurant Galija. Afternoon drive to Dubrovnik airport and departure.
